Anatomical Forms are made of high definition silicone for a realistic appearance and increased product longevity and durability. They are available as Off-The-Shelf (OTS) or Semi-Custom Made (SCM) in a multitude of “Styles” and “Sizes” for both upper and lower extremity.

Color Selection Guide
To choose the skin color, use nearby skin tone such as the gap between the residual limb and the margin of the anatomical form. Do not use the skin tone from the sound side as your main reference. The residual side’s skin tone may vary greatly from the sound side because of scar tissue, skin grafts, circulatory or dermatological conditions.

All products are carefully and rigorously inspected through three quality control departments with a total of more than 50 quality control checkpoints. All Regal Anatomical Forms meet the highest manufacturing standards for CE and ISO9001 requirements.

All Regal order forms are available for download here. Forms are saved as PDF and can be filled out (using the electronic forms) or printed. All eForm PDFs require Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0.5 or later to work, and are best viewed in version 9 or later.
